Deliveries are made weekdays, Tuesday through Friday. We will work with you to set a delivery date that works with your schedule. We offer next day "door to door" delivery service via professional couriers and we always ship using foam insulated boxes with the contents clearly marked for easy identification along with proper acclimation instructions. During cooler weather heat packs are used to help maintain proper temperatures.
Due to packaging and other costs involved a minimum order of $100 is required to ship.

At Coral Master we make your investment risk free by offering 100% satisfaction with our exclusive "Arrive Alive - Remain Alive 10 Day Guarantee" and in the unlikely event there is a problem in which a fragment dies, we do not charge you to ship your replacement piece. If a particular fragment is no longer available you can choose between a complete refund of that frag's cost, store credit or replace it with another frag of the same value which ever you would prefer. Written acclimation instructions are sent with every order and must be followed for the guarantee to remain in force. Failure to do so will void the guarantee.
Any refused or unsuccessful delivery attempts void any warranty. Pictures of any dead fragments must be sent to Coral Master within 11 days from the date the shipment was received. Guarantee is valid for next day deliveries & pick ups only. |
